Fenerbahce Coach Arthur Zico refuses to admit defeat in the championship race and has vowed to fight to the bitter end.

Galatasaray are 3 points in front with just one match of the season remaining.  The leaders will entertain Genclerbirligi OFTASspor at Ali Sami Yen whereas the Yellow Canaries travel to arguably one of the toughest away fixtures, Trabzonspor.

Despite having the tougher match on paper in a must win game, and Galatasaray only being a clean sheet away from the title, the Brazilian boss has not given up hope.  Speaking after the 3-2 win over Genclerbirligi the 55 year old said:

“There is a saying, ‘as long as you are breathing you are alive.’  We are still breathing and are very much alive.  Everything is possible in football.  We will go to Trabzon to win and any result is possible in the other match.  It will be that result which determines everything.  During my lifetime I have seen a championship change hands in the final week on many occasions.  I have seen everything in football and at the end of the day the match at Trabzon will be 11 against 11 as will the game at Ali Sami Yen.”
