Gokcek Vederson has joined the long list of Fenerbahce players prematurely ending the season after rupturing knee ligaments in training.
Earlier this week anglofeb.com reported that Centre Back Diego Lugano would not be featuring in the last two games and it has been announced that Vederson will not be playing either.
The Brazilian born left sided player was injured in training yesterday and was rushed to hospital for a scan. The results confirmed a tear in his left knee ligaments which will require a minimum of 4 weeks resting.
With Roberto Carlos also out Fenerbahce are now without a traditional Left Back for the two remaining league games. It is assumed that Ugur Boral will be drafted into that position where he has played for the last two matches.
This forced change scarpers Zico's plans to move Ugur back into his favoured position of left wing for the Genclerbirligi match.
