Following their Champions League exit to Chelsea in midweek the Fenerbahçe players will fully revert their focus on regaining the Turkcell Super Lig title.  The Yellow Canaries top the table by 2 points and will be looking to preserve their leader status as we near the end of the season.            

Roberto Carlos and Volkan Demirel will not make the trip to the Capital through injury so Gokcek Vederson and Serdar Kulbilge will deputise for them. 

Colin-Kazim Richards who started in the 2-0 defeat at Chelsea is expected to make way for Ugur Boral, whilst Semih Senturk who also started at Stamford Bridge will keep his place ahead of Mateja Kezman.   

Ankaraspor are positioned 13th on 33 points 7 clear of the relegation zone.  The blue and white side are in good form of late with 3 straight wins coming against Genclerbirligi, Trabzonspor and Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyesispor.   

The last meeting between the sides ended with a 4-2 Yellow Canaries’ victory at Sukru Saracoglu stadium.
